Programs and Services Prices:

•All prices are listed in American dollars and include all taxes for non-residents in Peru tourists.

•  All fares are subject to changes and availability, which must be confirmed the date of making the reservation

Reservations, Payments and Deposits:

• The system must only process reserves received at least 7 days before the date of beginning of the tourist services. Otherwise Turibus reserve the right of deny the reserve.

• To confirm your reserves, we must have received the payment for services or the guarantee deposit.

• All payments or deposits must be made through our online system.

• The confirmation of your reserve must be sent by e-mail with the reservation code of each tourist program required.

• Your credit card must be charged after the availability of all the services required have been confirmed.

• Transaction Fee: Todas las reservas confirmadas están sujetas a un cargo no reembolsable de US $ 9.50.por transacción.

Tour Reservations

• All requirement of tour which are confirmed, have all services guaranteed.

• All tours are subject to changes and availability.

• The total payment of the tours must be made 7 days prior of the beginning date of the tour.

• The confirmation of your reserve must be sent by e-mail with the reservation code of each tourist program required.

• The confirmation will only proceed after we receive your on-line reserve or a guarantee deposit.

• The passenger only will take the tour later to identify with passport or Identity document and mention the reserve confirmation code, will be enough to begin bringing the tourist services . Turibus will give the proof of payment the day of the tour.

• Is responsibility of the passengers to bring their arrival and departure information at proper anticipation. (15 minutes before the departure time).

• Parts of the tour not used by passenger due its own decision will be not refunded if tour is going on.

• The only departure point is Larcomar (In front of Miraflores Casino).

Penalties:

• Tours are not refundable.

• In case the passenger does not come in time his tour will be able to reschedule at the maximum 1 time. If for any motive it could not take the tour in another date it will not be a responsibility of the company, since he was the passenger who did not come at the indicated hour. Therefore there will no be reimbursement.

• In case of changes of date, it will be possible realize with minimum 2 days of anticipation. Changes of tours are not accepted.

Documents:

• The passengers must carry with themselves a passport or DNI depending on their nationality, it is legal rule in Peru.

Responsibilities and Obligations:

• Turibus is responsible for providing all the services exactly as advertised on the web site.

• The passenger accepts that Turibus has not obligation and is not responsible for the services offered not provided in case natural disasters, severe weather conditions or any other acts of nature or any cases that cannot be anticipated. Also the passenger recognize that Turibus will be no responsibility for the services offered not provided in case of strikes, political manifestations or any public act outside the control of Turibus. In this case the value of the contracted service will not be reimbursable.

• Turibus reserves the right to alter the program of any tour.

• The only departure point is Larcomar (In front of Miraflores Casino).
